Optimization and description of processes in the group. Preparation of work instructions for the employees of the group. Control, analysis and assessment of the state of affairs on the corresponding area of ​​work and reporting to the chief accountant. Verification of invoices. Posting of services, MC, including import, transfer, write-off. Accounting of MC by storage locations, inventory, etc. Reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers, including non-residents, with customs. Preparation of data for reports at the request of the chief accountant. Provision of data for audits, inspections. Our requirements: Higher economic education (accounting, economics, finance). Fluency in English (B2 level is mandatory) and Polish ( preferred). Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and SAP. Experience of working in international companies in a similar position. High level of motivation for efficiency and the ability to take responsibility for the results of one's work.
