Team leader media buyer (Nutra) in Profit Gang

Now we are looking for a Team Leader for the internal buying team to work with Facebook Ads strong> who is ready to take responsibility for the result of the team and scale advertising campaigns.

 Your responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to scale nutra-offers through Facebook Ads with a focus on increasing ROI.
- Management of a team of buyers: setting clear KPIs, monitoring their implementation and regular evaluation of results.
- Daily monitoring of metrics: CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS for prompt adjustment of campaigns .
- Testing new creatives and finding the most effective connections for fast scaling.
- Control: work with anti-detection browsers, proxy settings, minimization bans.
- Optimization of budgets: management of advertising expenses from $20,000 per month with regular reporting on ROI achievements.
- Analysis of competitors to increase the competitiveness of creatives and offers.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in working with nutra and Facebook Ads with proven cases of successful campaign scaling
- Practical experience managing large budgets ($20,000+ per month) with positive ROI dynamics.
- Ability to work with a team: experience in mentoring, delegating tasks and motivation.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads algorithms: understanding of account blocking mechanisms and bypassing methods restrictions.
- Knowledge of anti-detect browsers (Dolphin, AdsPower, etc.)- Experience with trackers: (RedTrack, Binom, Keitaro etc.)
