TECHNICAL SUPPORT BACKGROUND IS A MUST.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and inspire a team, and a focus on delivering high-quality services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the team’s performance, ensuring high service standards, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across all levels. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations for new clients, generating financial reports, and interviewing trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

• KPI Management: Monitor and analyze team KPIs to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the services provided by the team meet the company’s quality standards.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
• Team Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations for new clients, showcasing the team’s capabilities and services.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Trainee Support: Provide guidance and support to trainees, ensuring they are properly integrated into the team.
  
  
  
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role, Technical Support background.
  • Strong understanding of KPI management and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • English C1.
