We are looking for an active and creative Team leadin your team. 

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 4 years of experience working with YouTube;
• experience of successful management and promotion of large YouTube channels;
• experience in project management and multitasking;
• experience in managing a team and organizing its work;
• experience with TikTok and Google will be an advantage ads;
• knowledge of English at the B2 level and above;
• understanding the process of writing scripts and creating a montage;
• understanding how to work with small and large YouTube channels;
• creative approach to solving non-trivial problems;

• ability to analyze the work process and its results

Your main responsibility:

• Managing the work of a team of 5 managers who lead customer projects, designer, copywriter, targetologist and others
• Interaction with the sales department: distribution of project estimates, evaluation quality control, assistance in choosing the right strategy for the client
• Communication with new clients, the team and setting the task of taking project into work
• Development of concepts and strategy formation for projects together with the team;
• Operational control of the team at all stages of project implementation;
• Protection of projects and reporting together with the team;
• Communication and calls with clients at key stages of work together with the team;
• Participation in the internal marketing of the department;
• Work on development department and introduction of new tools;
