About the project:

We are launching a project to develop our own CRM system for all our businesses in Canada.

This is a cool chance for you to build a product and a team from scratch!

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Full stack / Tech Lead / Team Lead programmer for at least 5 years.
• Proficient command of programming languages: Java, React, NodeJS, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, PHP.
• Experience in writing CRM systems
• Experience in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in hiring, forming and training a team.< /li>
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with other company departments
• Ability to work in a changing environment and flexibility in work.
   

Responsibilities:

• Development and support of the CRM system at all levels of the technology stack.
• Formation of the development and testing team.
• Interaction with frontend and backend developers to achieve common project goals.
• Implementation of best programming practices and code quality assurance.
• Work with technical documentation and participation in code reviews.
