Responsibilities:

• Education and retraining media buyers, including specialists from other verticals, to successfully start and operate in the Sweepstakes, Nutra or Dating verticals.
• Continuously generating and testing connections and creative ideas to improve efficiency campaigns.
• Scaling successful advertising solutions and managing large volumes of traffic.
• Building and optimizing the internal structure of the team for harmonious and productive work.
• Supporting media buyers, providing mentoring and assistance in their professional development.
• Effective team management, competent allocation of resources and team motivation to achieve results.

Requirements:

• Work experience in traffic arbitration in the position of Timlid or senior media manager from 2 years.
• Deep understanding of Sweepstakes, Nutra or Dating verticals.
• Team management skills: task setting, performance monitoring and motivation employees.
• Ability to launch and conduct campaigns independently with positive ROI.
• Availability of ready-made solutions for successfully launching and conducting advertising campaigns.
