Team Lead SMM in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a SMM Team Lead in the marketing department of a licensed online casino brand.

From you we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in SMM or content marketing, preferably in gambling / betting / fintech;
• understanding of the specifics of Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts - from strategies to subtleties of submission;
• experience in management team: task setting, deadline control, people development;
• strong soft-skills: communication, responsibility, empathy;
• ability to work with metrics, budgets, processes, content plans;
• a sense of brand TOV and the ability to broadcast it through visual and texts;
• system thinking + creativity is an ideal mix.

Responsibilities in this position:

• create and implement strategy for the development of SMM and influence marketing of the brand;
• lead a team of SMM managers and interact with designers, editors, target specialists, editors;
• form content strategies for different platforms, adapt global campaigns to the format social network;
• give feedback on creative, harmonize tone of voice, accept/reject content;
• lead content plans, brief the team and fix tasks in task managers;
• work with analytics: reports, performance analysis, recommendations, optimization;
• control budgets, report on KPIs and improve indicators (reach, ER, subscriptions, FTD);
• conduct reputation monitoring: work with negatives, mentions, infofield.
