What will you do?

• Build strong relationships with the client's team, work with their expectations, clearly understand the goals and the final result
• Coordinate the project team, plan the workload, set technical specifications for specialists, be responsible for the quality of task performance
• Develop specialists of your own team and optimize their processes
• Manage the creation of content in the client's social networks
• Monitor trends, work on constant improvement of content and search for new solutions and mechanics
• Analyze achievements results, together with the team, prepare regular and detailed reports for the client
• Form a work plan and keep financial records of budgets, create reports
• Participate in the creation of strategies and develop projects within the scope of SMM services
• Prepare commercial offers within the project together with the team and defend them
• Participate in tenders and control preparationgenerating proposals to attract new customers

It is important for us:

• Experience in the position of SMM Team Lead in an agency for 1-2 years
• Successful team management experience SMM from 3 people
• Understanding how social networks work and how to create content for the client
• Experience in planning the workload in a team, understanding the specifics of the client and the plan of marketing activities
• Being in the context of new products on the market, implementing new services for clients.
• Experience in working with budgeting of projects
