We are looking for a Timlid from sales who knows how to set up teamwork for the maximum result!
This is remote work! You must have your own laptop, headset and uninterrupted internet (even when the lights are off)!
You will suit us if:
- You have successful experience as a sales team leader or supervisor for at least 2 years.
- Experience in the sale of industrial or technical equipment will be a plus.
- Yes skills of system work with scripts, in CRM and 1C.
- You know how to analyze and plan the effective work of the team.
- You understand how to organize the quality work of managers without mistakes.
- You know how to train and motivate the team to achieve the required result!
- You are a proactive leader who inspires and sets an example!
- You always take the initiative and love constantly develop
Your main tasks will be:
- Form a monthly and quarterly plan for the branch and for managers separately.
- Control the implementation of the plan and norms for calling leads and invoicing.
- Monitor customer management in the CRM system and document preparation.
- Teach managers sales techniques and adherence to sales scripts.
- Systematically hold meetings and provide feedback to subordinates.
- Distribute leads between managers and monitor their quality development.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and evaluate them.
- Negotiate discounts and maintain margin levels.
- Report to management weekly on results.
- Propose ideas for improvement and improvement of the work process.
