Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and a strong command of the English language. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure peak performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
