Requirements:

• Control of the work of the sales department (only hot customers)
• Development of the plan work and sales per month, quarter, year
• Ensuring the implementation of department plans
• Formulating proposals for the implementation of various innovations in the sales system aimed at increasing sales volumes
• Providing reporting in the established form
• Active participation in the selection and training of new employees (there is onboarding)
• Maintaining the level of customer loyalty
• Conducting trade marketing activities (in coordination with the department marketing)
• Ensuring relationships of the subordinate unit with other units of the enterprise
