That is why, in the company's opinion, recruiting is a strategic function that affects the combat effectiveness of technological solutions. As Lead of Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy and managing a team of recruiters.
Main tasks:
- Building and managing the recruiting function teams — from strategy building to implementation.
- Leading a team of recruiters: setting goals, distributing workload, coordinating, mentoring, developing expertise.
- Defining and improving recruitment processes to increase hiring speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Analytics and optimization: monitoring key metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire etc.).
- Building partnerships with department heads and top management to accurately understand business needs.
- Improving the Candidate Experience - from the first contact to the exit of the candidate.
- Implementation of modern recruiting tools and process automation (ATS, CRM, AI solutions).
- Forming a strong culture in the team - when the team thinks strategically, works proactively and sees the impact of its work for the development of the company.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience of leading a recruiting team or direction - from 2 years.
- Understanding the full recruitment cycle and modern approaches to attract talent.
- Ability to build system processes, create standards, scale team work.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop people.
- Result orientation, strategic thinking, analytical approach.
- High level of communication, ability to interact with different levels of management.
