What will be included in your duties:

- Managing the Manual QA team ;

- Allocation of team resources, determination of priorities, etc.;

- Setting up appropriate development processes for specialists in the team;

- Communication with different company teams;

- Influence, adjust and adjust team and project processes.

What we expect from the candidate:

- From 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer;

- Experience in testing web applications for more than 2 years;

- Experience in the position of Team Lead for more than 1 year (conducting 1:1, configuration of team processes, etc.).

Will be a plus:

- Experience in test automation (API or Web Front);< /p>

- Experience in API testing, knowledge of one or more programming languages ​​(Java/JS/TS);

- Work with Docker, understanding of CI tools (Jenkins etc).
