Team Lead PPC in Aveb

We invite a TeamLead who will be able to organize the work of the team PPC-specialists for setting up and conducting effective advertising campaigns of our clients and in-house projects.

Requirements:

• at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position in any niche;
• 2 years of experience in contextual advertising;< /li>
• excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Ads, Google Looker Studio tools;
• work at a high level with data tables (Excel, Google Sheets);
• li> analysis of completed tasks, the ability to draw conclusions;
• proficiency in the Ukrainian language: competent oral and written language, the ability to clearly express one's thoughts in writing;
• the ability to work under conditions of multitasking and within deadlines, using time -management;

• team development, ability to share experience with junior specialists.

Main duties:

• Adjustment and optimization of Google advertising; using all possible tools;
• Evaluating and adjusting strategies to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Discussing and planning strategies with the team;
• Executing and achieving KPIs;

• Conducting audits of paid advertising for potential clients;
• Preparation of reports on the results of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Education and development of employees from scratch to an independent specialist, formation of a cohesive team specialists;
• Controlling the loading of department employees, distribution of projects;
• Assistance to sales managers during the introduction of new projects: analysis of the labor-intensiveness of advertising campaign support, adjustment terms, required budgets, audit of current RKs;
• Quality control of settings made by department employees. Monitoring compliance with deadlines;
• Preparation of reports on department performance results.
