Requirements:

• higher education;
• experience in managing a team of 2 people; 

• excellent knowledge of PHP (7.4+), MySQL (5.7);

experience with Symfony 3 +, Git and GitFlow;

• experience working with queues;

• experience in third-party API integration;

• experience in managing projects using the Scrum methodology: task distribution and task prioritization, creation and updating of task cards, status control tasks, monitoring workload of the team and solving bottlenecks in the work process;

• the desire for improvements and the readiness to implement them, starting from the code base, ending with the end-user experience;

• required work experience - from 3 years in the position Team Lead and from 5 years of PHP programming experience.

Main functional responsibilities:

• team management, setting tasks for the team, monitoring the execution of tasks, code review, deployments.
