-Has experience in managing a team, is able to take responsibility, set and explain tasks, manage deadlines, and monitor the quality of the work of subordinates.
- Is able to solve current problems in the advertising office, conduct a competent and detailed market analysis, allocate a budget, build a strategy for the development of advertising campaigns;
- Has professional communication skills and knows how to resolve controversial situations with clients;
- Will work with us on the development of the Meta ads department.
