We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who will take over the leadership and expansion of the sales department, and help the team enter new markets.
Main tasks:
- Expand the staff: conducting interviews, regular 1-on-1 meetings, developing individual development plans.
- Conducting a complex audit and optimizing work processes (CRM, analytics) sales.
- Optimize sales and training tools: create/update scripts, communication templates and department knowledge base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enter new markets.
- Establish transparent, measurable KPIs for the team and prepare weekly/summary reports based on data.
- Participation in strategic planning: cooperation with management on plans for scaling sales and product line development.
- Monitor execution of plans, increase conversion and customer retention.
- Negotiations and development of key partnerships.
- Attraction of new partners and customers. Retention and reactivation of existing partners.
- Close interaction with the marketing department and other divisions of the company.
Requirements:
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing from 3 years Understanding the specifics of arbitration teams, media buying and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in English at level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above.
- Ability to analyze results and make decisions based on on data, i.e. Data-Driven Mindset.
- Experience in managing a sales team of 5 people (hiring, training, motivation, control).
- Experience inholding business meetings, presentations and educational trainings for the team.
In addition, it will be an advantage:
- Availability of own client or partner base.
- Readiness for foreign business trips and attendance at specialized conferences.
We offer:
- Work format: office in the center of Kyiv (optional), remote or hybrid.
- Schedule: 5/2, 10:00 - 19:00.
