We are currently looking for a Regional Team Lead (direction B2B sales, security systems) in Vinnytsia and the region, who will strengthen the team and ensure the stable development of the B2B direction. 

2.Operational activities

• Organization and support of project implementation
• Interaction with engineers and installation crews
• Participation in the preparation of commercial proposals

3.Team management

• Coordination of the work of a small team managers
• Setting tasks and monitoring execution
• Participation in the selection and adaptation of employees
• Conducting regular meetings with the team
• Motivating the team for results

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in B2B sales (required)
• Experience in managing a team of 1-2 years
• Desirable experience in technical or engineering fields (security systems, video surveillance, fire systems, etc.)
• Negotiating and customer skills
• Ability to organize processes and people
• Orientation on results and responsibility
• Own car and willingness to travel
