We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Team Lead to strengthen our team at direction - hot sales,home goods. We have cool WOW products that people buy easily and with pleasure.

Experience in a similar field in a managerial position - additional sales, cross-sales, up-sales - mandatory!

We are considering candidates who have all the conditions to work remotely (stable internet and light)!

Requirements:

• We are considering candidates over 25 years old;
• Work experience: from 1 year in a position (Team leader, head of the sales department) on a similar project
• Ability to sell and transfer your knowledge to the team;
• The ability to find an approach to the team;
• The desire to work for results and develop in a stable company;
• Activity, initiative, responsibility, courtesy;
• Creative and indifferent approach to work, teamwork and overall results;
• Positive attitude towards people
• Experience in line work would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Control over the execution of the team plan;
• Assessment and motivation of the team;
• Help in the adaptation of a new employee;
• Identify problems in the work of department employees
• Working in the CRM system
