Your main tasks:

• Formation of the overall creative concept of TikTok accounts clients.
• Leading the script team (content plans, ideas, scripts).
• Establishment of TOR for screenwriters, execution control and quality control of scripts.
• Analysis of scripts for compliancecontent strategy, client brief and project goals.
• Control of production and post-production video.
• Interaction with clients and team to achieve results in terms of views, subscribers and brand recognition.
• Development of internal processes and building a strong creative culture in the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thinks systematically, not just "takes pictures" streams";
• Has experience in TikTok or production (from script to publication);
• Able to lead a team and motivate people;
• Knows how to get big views stable, not random;
• Has strong organizational and management skills;
• Distinguished by initiative, creativity and strategic thinking;
• Has developed taste and sense style, understands the balance between conceptuality and commerciality;
