The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of Team lead of recruitment (senior).
Duties:
- to help the team in solving tasks recruitment;
- set up and support work in ATS;
- replenish the knowledge base;
- analyze hiring efficiency and monitor KPI performance;
- monitor recruiting metrics, generate reports;
- find solutions for automating routine operations;
- train and motivate the team, providing feedback for the team;
- make a development plan and growth employees;
- personal participation in the selection of personnel for key positions;
- preparation of the budget for the personnel selection department and tracking of the implementation of all budget indicators during the year;
- development and implementation recruitment regulations and procedures;
Requirements for the candidate:
- relevant experience from 1 year
- experience in mass recruitment
- experience in managing a large team
- courses / training in the field recruitment.
- knowledge of the English language will be an advantage
