Team lead of recruitment in Smart Solutions

Company Smart Solutions is an international provider of HR services and business process outsourcing that has been successfully operating for more than 15 years in the following countries: Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan.

We are looking for a Team lead of recruitment for a partner company that specializes in providing clients with qualified personnel throughout Ukraine. The company provides mass recruitment services (temporary, seasonal, permanent staff), outstaffing and support labor safety processes.

Main tasks:

• Building and development of a turnkey recruitment function.

• Management of a team of recruiters (mass and point selection).

• Development, implementation and optimization of recruitment processes throughout Ukraine.

• Ensuring fulfillment of KPIs for closing vacancies for clients.

• Interaction with clients regarding staffing needs and resource planning.

• Analytics, reporting, hiring quality control.

• Implementation of effective search and recruitment tools candidates.

• Experience in mass recruitment or outstaffing.

• Experience in managing a team of recruiters.

• System thinking and result orientation.

• Deep understanding labor market and regional recruitment specifics.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
