Team Lead of Farm Google in MediaMarketing

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Farm Google, who will become a key figure in our team and help build an efficient farming department.

What you will need to do:

• Manage a team of farmers: setting tasks, monitoring performance, evaluating results. 
• Develop and implement farming strategies for Google accounts. 
• Provide training, support and support. 
• Work with a large volume of accounts, ensuring their stable operation. 
• Interact with media buying departments to fulfill their buying needs. 
• Optimize farming processes, implement new approaches to increase efficiency.

Our expectations:

• Work experience in a similar position of 6 months. 
• Deep understanding of Google/FB account farming processes. 
• Experience of working with accounts of any complexity and for various tasks. 
• Ability to build and manage a team, assign tasks and monitor their execution. 
• Analytical skills and KPI work. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of working with large volumes of accounts. 
• Knowledge of trends and updates in the field of farming. 
• Ability to work with process automation tools.
