Our client,the company Garant Inc is a logistics company specializing in cargo transportation USA.
Working on the market for more than 10 years, the company has its own fleet of 30 trucks and cooperates with leading brokers and commercial partners. - Fully to manage the operational part;
Build system work standards;
Strengthen the junior dispatchers;
What will be included in your duties?
Participation in complex negotiations with brokers, support of crisis situations, support of the team in peak periods.
Car park loading control: routes, rates, seasonality, planning.
Communication with drivers and solving work issues affecting the quality of delivery.
Building and optimizing the internal processes of the department (regulations, standards, templates).
Participation in the hiring of new dispatchers and adaptation of new employees.
Control of the use of DAT platforms, TruckStop and other tools, working with analytics.
Ensuring discipline, speed of reaction and a high level of service for the company's partners.
Our ideal candidate has:
3-5+ years of US Dispatcher experience (required).
Mandatory work experience with Flatbed, StepDeck, DropDeck.
Experience withFTL and LTL.
Ownership of DAT, TruckStop and other logistics platforms.
Deep understanding of US logistics, rates, directions, regional features.
Experience in negotiations with brokers (ability to defend the interests of the company).
Experience in mentoring, training or partial management team.
Desirable: experience as a senior dispatcher, team leader or "right hand" manager.
