We are looking for a NodeJS Team Lead to develop a scalable & secure cloud-native application to help transform water monitoring data into valuable business insights, enabling the delivery of superior products to customers more quickly.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLed a cross-functional team of engineers to design and develop microservices architecture, leveraging your expertise in React, Node.js, and AWSWork according to established processes while tightly collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Drive the creation of user-friendly interfaces and robust backend systems.Participate in all stages of software development, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements.Participate in requirements analysis, task planning, estimation, coding, and troubleshooting.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Risk estimations and managementReport to EM/DM about current tasks status, technical and other risksEducation, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:6+ years of commercial development experience3+ years of Team/Tech Lead experienceCommercial experience with Node.js 5+ yearsCommercial experience with microservices 2+ yearsCommercial experience with AWS platform 2+ yearsGood JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge, AWS LambdaSolid understanding of REST architecture, microservices architecture, and common patternsExperience with database interactions (AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB)Experience with containerization approaches such as DockerExperience with debugging, profiling, and optimizationExperience with CI/CD and related tools like KubernetesFull application lifecycle management experienceExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems.Self-motivated, ability to work independently.Strong Upper-Intermediate level of English.Would Be a PlusExperience with Python would be a plus Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Помічник Тип зайнятості Пone working day Job duties Information technologies Industries IT services and IT Consulting
