Team Lead Media Buying (Traffic Arbitrage, Google Ads) in ArbiLeads

ArbiLeads is ayoung arbitration team that is developing rapidly. We work with top food companies and CPA agencies in the field of Health&Beauty (Nutra). We are one of the top arbitration teams in many PPs. Our traffic sources: Google Ads and Facebook.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in Google Ads Team (remote), Preference to candidates from Lviv.

Traffic Source: Google Ads

Vertical: InnerRequirements and skills:

• 1-2+ years of experience in the position of Media Buyer
• Mandatory experience inbound traffic with Google Ads
• High responsibility and focus on achieving results;
• Knowledge of Google Ads tools
• There are successful cases that you can confirm

• Experience working with trackers (Keitaro/Binom)
• Attention and responsibility. Systematic approach to work
• Preference is given to candidates who live in Lviv or Lviv region

It will be a plus:< /p>

• Experience creating and building a Media Buying team from scratch
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more people
• Experience of working with spend from $50,000+

Responsibilities :

• Work organization and management of the Media Buying Google Ads department
• Helping the team with communications and the bay of traffic
• Adjustment and launch of advertising campaigns, their constant monitoring and analysis
• Observance and control of KPI execution
• Testing with the team of new approaches of traffic flow
< li>Analysis of the market with the aim of finding relevant connections and new baying methods
• Interaction with the farming and technical department
• Reporting by department Media Buying Google Ads
