We are helping our partner to strengthen the current media buying department and are looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer who knows how to work with large budgets, thinks in numbers and is ready to be responsible for the team's results.

This is work for a product: with a stable infrastructure, an already assembled team and clear processes.

What is important to us

• 3+ years of experience in media buying.

• Experience in iGaming is a must.

• Confident working with Facebook Ads.

• Practical experience of flooding traffic on Tier 1.

• Deep understanding of metrics: ROI, CPA, CR, LTV, funnel, attribution.

• Experience of managing a team of buyers.

• Working with large budgets.

• Willingness to combine hands-on media buying and management.

Areas of responsibility

• Media buying team management and KPI control.

• Starting, optimizing and scaling Facebook Ads campaigns.

• Analyzing results, working with hypotheses and tests.

• Control of cost efficiency and traffic quality.

• Interaction with designers, technical team, analytics and product.

• Regular and transparent reporting on team results.
