What should you do:

• Google ADS Media Baigers Team in Gambling;

• Starting, scaling and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google ADS (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube);

  Creating and Testing New approaches to traffic attracting;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns, adjustment of strategies to increase ROI;

• Development and Implementation of the KPI system for the team;

  Collaboration with designers, developers and other departments to improve work efficiency;

  • Working from 2 years in Gambling-vertical and from 1 year on the position of Team Lead ;

  • Google Ads deep knowledge and the ability to work with large budgets;

  • Experience in Building Teams with 0 and Team Management of 3+ Persons ;

  • Practical experience in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust and others) ;

  • Ability to quickly find effective links and adapt strategies to raise the profute ;

  • Knowledge of the Basic KPI (ROI, CPA, EPC, LTV, ARPU) and the ability to work with them;

  • Willingness to take responsibility and work for the result .
