Now the company already has a sales department of 70 + managers and 3 Team Leads, and we are looking for another strong Team Lead who will build and scale his own team.
Who we are looking for:
- has experience working as a Team Lead in commodity e-commerce (China low-price) / domestic;
- understands how sales are built in a team;
- knows how to assemble a team and lead it to a result;
- thinks in numbers, not just "calls";
- wants to earn from the scale, not from the fix.
