We are looking for an Operator Group Manager who will help effectively manage the team and ensure a high level of customer service .

Who we are are we looking for?
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have experience in a similar position (minimum 3 months).
- Able to conduct training events and the adaptation of new employees.
- You have leadership qualities and know how to organize the work of a team.
- You know Google Docs and Excel well.
- Responsible, communicative and eager to development.
- Knowledge of English at the B1 level will be a plus.
Main duties:
- Organization and control of the work of a group of operators.
- Tracking the achievement of KPIs and control of results.
- Training and adaptation of new employees.
- Compilation and analysis of reports.
>- Assessment of incoming and outgoing quality calls.
- Constant feedback with the team for support and development.
