Team Lead HR in SILA DLYa SILNIH, BO, BF

Charitable foundation "Strength for the Strong" supports families of prisoners of war, missing persons and defenders who have returned from captivity.
We are looking for Team Lead HR to coordinate the HR department and support the volunteer team.

Format of cooperation: volunteering (free of charge)
Employment: from 5 hours/week
Work: online / offline

Responsibilities:

- coordination of the work of the HR department;
- maintenance of a healthy and safe atmosphere in the team;
- identification of risks of emotional burnout and conflicts;
- participation in the resolution of complex situations within the scope of competence; 
- mentoring and support of HR volunteers; 
- data collection and analysis to improve internal HR processes; 
- participation in the formation of HR-standards of the fund.

Requirements:

- experience in coordinating people or teams (HR / volunteer / project); 
- developed communication skills; 
- ability to work in stressful and sensitive situations;
- basic conflict resolution skills; 
- systematicity, organization, responsibility; 
- understanding of the importance of confidentiality;
- a confident user of messengers, Google Docs and tables.
