We are looking for an energetic Sales Team lead to help us increase sales and establish long-term relationships with customers from all over the world. If you have experience in managing a sales department, speak English at B2 level (or B1 with strong communication skills) and want to work in a creative field, this job is for you.

• You have more than 1 year of experience in sales as a Team Lead (experience in similar field).
• Able to work effectively in a team, openly give and receive feedback.
• You have proven experience in establishing long-term relationships with clients and the ability to find new approaches to expanding the client base.
• You have developed analytical skills, able to identify trends and regularities in sales.
• You are fluent in English and able to negotiate.
• Result oriented, strives to achieve set goals, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Sales planning and execution: Developing sales plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Team work organization: Management of a team of 6 people to achieve goals.
• Search for optimal solutions to meet individual customer requests.
