Team Lead Graphic Designer in King Grup

We are currently looking for a Team Lead Graphic Designer, who not only creates cool designs, but is also willing to gradually take on a leadership role, develop the team and influence the visual quality of our products and marketing materials.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience as a graphic designer at the Senior level
• Strong foundation in composition, color, typography and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating graphic concepts and key visuals for marketing and product challenges
• Ability to independently set visual direction and scale team idea
• Willingness or desire to develop as a Team Lead
• Skills in providing constructive feedback and mentoring designers
• Ability to argue design decisions and communicate effectively with the team
  

Experience in iGaming or marketing projects will be a plus, but not mandatory.

Main tasks:

• Develop and set visual direction for marketing and product tasks
• Create initial design concepts and transfer them to the team's work
• Control the quality of the final visual and style compliance
• Participate in the development of designers, help build growth plans
• Give feedback, review work and support the team
• Balance between creativity, business goals and real deadlines
