Team Lead/Functional Manager in Join.To.IT

We are currently looking for a talented Functional Manager.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years in development in an outsourcing company;
• 2+ years of management or leading teams ;
• practical experience of process optimization;
• deep understanding of one or more programming languages ​​(PHP, Python, JavaScript);
• ability to develop and implement architectural solutions;< /li>
• knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
• ability to plan, coordinate and control projects;
• experience with CI/CD tools;

• knowledge of testing methods and software quality assurance;
• ability to organize the testing process;
• system thinking, analytical and organizational skills;
• people management skills ;
• English — Upper-Intermediate.

What will need to be done:

• create and implement strategies for the software development function;
• evaluate and improve development processes, standards and approaches;
• review and approve all technical aspects of the project including architecture, technology, development ;
• implement coding norms and rules on projects;
• search for new technologies and methods, their integration into department activities;
• process management in the engineering team and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency, creation of high-quality business solutions;
• ensure high-quality hiring of specialists, onboarding systems for projects;
• mentoring of technical specialists;
• interaction with stakeholders.
