Team Lead Designer in The Capital, AN

now we are in search of ambitious and creative team lead designer ?

Functionality : 1. Management of design team and projects

• Management of the design department .
• Task distribution, terms control and quality of performance .
• Formation and implementation of design strategy according to brand and business goals.
• In the team, implementation of BEST Practices.
• Coordination of collaboration with marketing, development, content team and other departments

2. Development of creative concepts and visual solutions

• Participation in creating key graphic materials :
  • digital advertising (banners, social networks, landscapes).
  • brandbook, presentations, communication materials.
  • ui/ux---- Site design, mobile apps.
  • introduction of modern trends in design .

  3 . Quality control, implementation of automation

  • check of finished materials before Launch (adaptation to different formats and platforms).
  • Automation of routine tasks in design (templates, libraries of components) . /
  • Working with developers: layout transmission, layout control .

  What do we expect from you? 400 ">

• 3+ years of experience in graphic, UI/UX or product-design;
• 1+ year of experience management of designer team;
• possession Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects , Premiere Pro) ;
• Understanding UI/UX design, web design, mobile applications ;
• Development experience brandbook, visual aidics, digital graphics;
• experience of cooperation with developers, marketers, products managers;
< l> basic knowledge html/css (not necessarily, but will be plus);
• experience in Moucn design and animation will be an advantage;
