VEC-UA is the official representative office of the American company VEC in Ukraine. Since 2010, we have been designing and modeling electrical networks for global leaders - Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta.

We are looking for a Team Lead BIM specialist who will be responsible for the quality of models and the development of internal standards company.

  KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  Team Leadership:

  • team formation and management: allocation of tasks, time control and mentoring;
  • strategic planning of team progress and reporting of results;
  • communication with the client: clarification of technical solutions and agreement of requests;
  • creation of internal instructions and templates to optimize work.

  Model Management & Production:

  • model health control and complianceteam's implementation of internal quality standards;
  • development of templates, complex "families" at the client's request;
  • modeling of electrical networks according to US standards (NEC/NFPA).

  Coordination:

  • Coordination and elimination of interdisciplinary conflicts (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection).

  Quality Control:

  • conducting regular inspections of models and drawings (shop drawings) commands before sending to the client.

  R&D:

  • participation in the development and improvement of "family" libraries, templates, processes and automation tools;
  • implementation of new approaches for improving the efficiency of BIM processes.

  What we expect from you:

  • experience in the field of BIM/VDC from 2 years;
  • confident command of Revit, Navisworks and basic plugins (pyRevit, DiRoots) 700">Will be an additional plus:
    • automation skills: Dynamo, Python, C#;
    • work experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360;
    • higher technical / engineering education;
    • team management skills.
