Team Lead Backend Developer (Node.js + TypeScript), EU in Actyc

We are looking for a Team Lead Backend Developer to join our team to work on OnePlatform, a system that will bring together our proxies and web scraping tools. The team works according to the Agile methodology with weekly sprints.

Duties:

• Management remote team (up to 7 members), mentoring and growth support.
• Design and optimization of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Refactoring and optimization of highly loaded systems.
• Security code security and use of monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana).

Requirements:

• Node.js: 5+ years of experience.< /li>
• TypeScript: 2+ years of experience.
• SQL and NoSQL: schema design and performance optimization.
• Experience working with highly loaded systems ( millions requests/terabytes of data).
• Experience refactoring systems to improve performance.
• Experience working in SaaS startups and managing remote teams (2+ years).
• < strong>English Language: Strong Upper Intermediate (B2+).
• Location: EU.
