We are launching a new direction in the B2C department - cold sales, and we are looking for a Team Lead of Sales who will generate, launch and test new hypotheses in sales, optimize processes and increase the efficiency of interaction with customers. We are looking for a person who: Has experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or related fields; Able to implement and optimize customer interaction processes; Analytics-oriented and work with data, knows how to find growth points;
Autonomous, with the energy of a leader and the ability to motivate a team to change;Possess effective sales tools and negotiation techniques.What you will do:
- Launch new hypotheses in sales and test them in practice.
- Optimize sales processes and improve the student experience.
- Increase key indicators: sales conversion and average first purchase receipt.
- Use communication with students as a source of insights to improve the product.
- Implement analytical tools for strategic decision-making.
- Formulate requirements to the automation of business processes using CRM, Quizbot and other systems.
