Team Lead in the traffic agency in HAIG.team

Open vacancy for Team Lead (Meta Ads, Google Ads) in a team specializing in paid traffic in Meta/Google for online stores/instashops, HAIG.team. 

We have a fairly high standard of service on the market, there are ready-made work regulations, and the traffic manager should strive to make the quality of the product even better. We work/have worked with such clients as: Oksana Mukha, Guzema, Lelit, Piana Vishnya, Optimeal, Club4paws, Petslike, Overthesea, Yozone and many others.

A few words about us
< br/>The average duration of work with projects is about 1.5 years, so we mainly work with long-term projects, only with white and competitive products. 
Our main target is small and medium-sized online stores in Ukraine and Europe.
Advertising budget of clients from $1,000 to $40,000 per month.

Main tasks:

- preparation, launch, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Instagram / Google
- work with GA4;
- work with Hotjar/Clarity
- experience of working with online stores (without ecom experience - we do not consider candidates) training in a team
- Quality of preparatory work by media buyers
- Conducting audits for potential clients
