Purpose Of The JobCandidate location — Ukraine! Our client is one of the world largest healthcare manufacturing organisation. The goal is gathering data from medical implants to monitor clients state and provide recommendations. We are looking for strong Mobile Team Leader who experienced with Android and iOS mobile application architectureMain Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of complex mobile architectures for iOS and Android applications.Deep dive into business requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic goals.Select and implement the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries for efficient mobile development (including Swift and Kotlin).Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the mobile development team.Collaborate closely with mobile developers, designers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to optimize mobile development processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the mobile development landscape.Mentor and coach junior mobile developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Education, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:Experience in communication with other devices with Bluetooth technologies (experience with medical device integration will be value addition)Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and performant mobile architectures for iOS and Android platforms.In-depth knowledge of Swift and Kotlin programming languages.Experience with various mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose).Strong understanding of mobile security best practices and threat models.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.Would Be a PlusExperience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).Experience with Azure cloud platform for mobile backend development.Experience leading and mentoring mobile development teams.Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodology and knowlege of SAFe principles Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Помічник Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Інформаційні технології Галузі ІТ-послуги та ІТ Консалтинг
