Who are we looking for?

• Higher education in marketing, advertising, business or related fields.
• Be an expert in targeted Facebook advertising (Meta) and TikTok

  
  

  Experience with:

  
  

  E-commerce, EdTech, instashop, services, etc.

  
  

• Team and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset, ability to make informed decisions based on data.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage several projects at the same time.
  
  A big advantage for candidates who understand RSS (Google) and YouTube

What will have to be done:

• Managing a team of specialists, setting up work processes and ensuring high productivity.
• Development and implementation strategies to improve the results of targeted advertising and SMM campaigns.
• Collaboration with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice.
• Analysis of market trends and the competitive environment to form effective digital strategies.
• Monitoring and evaluation of team performance, preparation of reports and recommendations.
• Support training and development of members teams, conducting trainings and workshops.
