Requirement: education by profession, higher qualification category.

The teacher provides:

-a sufficient level of knowledge, abilities and skills in the discipline taught, in accordance with the requirements of the standards of professional preliminary education of the corresponding educational level;

- development curriculums, curricula of educational disciplines and other materials that ensure the quality of training of those seeking education;

- implementation of curricula and programs;

- educational and methodological and material and technical base for effective implementation of each class;

- a sufficient scientific and methodical level of study of the program material, using modern pedagogical technologies;

- appropriate conditions for identifying the level of educational and professional training of the students of education.

p>         Performs control of the quality of knowledge, adhering to the established criteria for evaluating students’ educational achievements (current, thematic, final control);

        Organizes and monitors the independent work of students education, using the most effective forms, methods and means of education, new educational technologies, including informational;

       Maintains in the e-magazine of theoretical training, records of completed training classes, success and attendance of classes by students of education.

       Conducts additional classes and consultations for students.

       Participates in meetings of pedagogical and methodical councils, subject (cycle) commissions, seminars, conferences, etc.

     In order to improvement of the method of teaching the discipline:

- works on the implementation of the general scientific and methodological problem of the College;

- studies prospective pedagogical experience;

- creates own methods, textbooks, manuals, including in the electronic version;

- works with the periodical pedagogical press;

- attends and conducts open classes.

     According to the Regulation on the certification of pedagogical personnel once a month for five years raises qualifications and certifiesaccording to the consequences of his work in all areas of activity.

          Performsthe duties of group curator and conducts educational activities in the group according to the annual plan of educational work of the College, keeps in touch with the parents of the students.

          Supports academic discipline, mode of attendance of classes by education seekers; respects the human dignity, honor and reputation of those seeking education.

         Reports on the implementation of educational plans and programs, success in the discipline taught, based on the results of the semesters and the academic year.
