We are looking for an experienced Targetologist to work on an innovative ArtTech project, who has deep knowledge in the field of media buying and PPC, has experience in setting up tracking and launching targeted advertising. We will set up all advertising processes, manage advertising campaigns and optimize results to achieve maximum ROI. Product: a platform for processing works of art of Ukrainian artists and sculptors for the purpose of their use and preservation. The platform presents galleries and selected paintings from various resources. All this in order for the art to be digitized in extraordinary quality. We are planning to enter the international market. The team: a coordinated team of talented and ambitious Ukrainian specialists, namely CEO, CTO, Marketing Director, Project Manager, Full-Stack, Front-End, Back-End, UI/UX Designer and the business part. What will we do to do: Pixel and tracking setup: Set up a pixel and tracking setup to track successful conversions from Meta and TikTok platforms, as well as transfer data via APICreative creation: Formulate a technical brief for designers to create creatives (static and motion) for advertising campaigns aimed at specific events Running targeted advertising: Setting up and running advertising campaigns targeting specific contacts and lookalike (LAL) audiences to achieve maximum effectiveness Reporting: Developing reports to track the results of advertising campaigns, analyzing data and providing recommendations for their improvement Campaign optimization: Improving and optimizing advertising campaigns for several weeks to improve their performance SMM recommendations: Providing recommendations on basic content for social media pages to increase followers through advertising Setting up remarketing campaigns: Running remarketing and lead conversion campaigns to increase conversions and maximize resultsRequirementsImportant and required: 4+ years of performance marketing, media buying and PPC experience Pixel setup, tracking and API experience Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok and Google Ads advertising Ability to analyze data, develop reports and optimize campaigns based on results Ability effectively collaborate with designers, developers and other team members Understanding the needs of the audience and the ability to translate them into effective advertising creatives The ability to make decisions and improve processes independently Will be a plus: If you are interested in ArtTech, contemporary art, galleries, the art industry and art dealing; A great sense of humor :)BenefitsWe offer :Remote work in Ukraine or elsewhere in a close time zone;Many interesting tasks and communication with the team;Direct influence on the project strategy and brand — Made in Ukraine;Compensation in USD;Adequate, friendly management and no bureaucracy
