- With work experience of 2 years.

- Managed a budget of $10,000 per month.

- Eyes are burning to scale the project and make good money.

- English at conversational level B1+

- Understanding of launching and scaling advertising from A to Z.

- Ability to do research, analyze data, build causally consequential relations.

- Understanding creative strategy and approaches.

- Generating ideas for tests together with a creative.
