Targetologist (Instagram, Facebook Ads) in Black, SMM Agency

Hello, residents of advertising offices! We are looking for a cool targetologist to join the team of Black SMM Agency, SMM agency No. 1 in Ukraine according to the "IT Rating" version. For more than 5 years, we have been breaking the boundaries in digital and creating cases in various business niches. We work with projects not only in Ukraine, but also outside its borders: medical clinics, famous brands, e-commerce, crypto, real estate. To develop further, we need you - a specialist in targeted advertising, who has the power to reduce the price per click and convert leads to clients. You will work with real marketing in social networks, where media budgets do not drain, but bring an effective result to the client. Important: you will not write texts and work with design for 18 hours without lunch. After all, your colleagues care about it. Your tasks will be: discussing and planning strategies with the team; developing advertising campaigns; setting up and optimizing Facebook advertising, using all possible tools; evaluating and adjusting strategies to increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; monitoring and adjusting key performance indicators advertising campaigns; implementation and achievement of project KPIs: conversions, clicks, impressions, etc.; assistance to sales managers when working with the sale of new projects: analysis of the labor-intensiveness of advertising campaign support, setup terms, required budgets (bonuses are provided for these tasks); preparation of reports on project efficiency results.
