We are announcing a vacancy for a Targetologist (office work):

Requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience in settings, automation and management of Facebook Ads (including creation and adjustment of pixels);
• experience in the development and launch of advertising campaigns in the commodity segment; 
• ability to configure all events through the GTM tool;
• ability to work with all types of reports in GA4;< /li>
• knowledge of the basics of website development and website usability (preferred)

Main duties:

• development of a general lead generation strategy for business projects;
• creation and implementation of media plans;
• planning, launch and optimization of paid campaigns in Meta (partially Google Ads): lead generation, reach, traffic, video, etc.;
• remarketing\retargeting settings; 
• monitoring, analysis and optimization of the effectiveness of campaigns with the introduction of new ideas;
• analysis of the market and competitors, formation hypothesis, search for growth points;
• optimization of key indicators (CPL, CPM, CPC) in accordance with business goals;
• setting pixels and conversions, constant monitoring of results;
• working with various projects and advertising offices;
• preparation of regular reports and conducting A/B tests;
• generation of new ideas and data analysis to optimize results.
