Responsibilities:
Launching, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
Analyzing the target audience and setting up sales funnels
Creating TK for creatives and advertising texts
Testing hypotheses, audiences and advertising formats
Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR)
Preparing reports and scaling recommendations Requirements:
1 year or more experience as a target analyst
Practical experience with Meta Ads (required)
Knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads will be an advantage
Understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, Pixel, Events)
Analytical thinking and responsibility
Experience with e-commerce / lead generation — plus
