Targetologist in Bukovel

Hi, the team of the main all -season resort of Ukraine Bukovel in search of a specialist in targeted advertising.

What will you have to do:

• Development, launch and management of advertising campaigns at Meta ADS;
• Analysis and segmentation of the target audience;
• Targeting settings (age, geography, interests, behavioral factors, etc.);
• Optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve KPI (coverage, price per click, conversion, ROI);
• a/b testing ads and strategies adjustment;
• Creating advertising creatures on your own and in interaction with designers;
• Using and analyzing data in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and Meta Pixel;

• Tracking changes in Meta ADS algorithms and introducing new strategies;

Our ideal candidate:

• experience with Meta ADS (Facebook and Instagram) from 1 year;
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Meta Pixel, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics);

• Ability to analyze data, evaluate advertising effectiveness and make analytics -based decisions;
• Creativity in creating advertisements;
• Understanding the principles of targeting and advertising algorithms META;
• Ability to quickly adapt to platform changes;
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
