The main goal:

The main goal of a targetologist is to achieve the most effective communication with the target audience, attract their attention and encourage them to take certain actions, such as providing their contact information. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Qualitative analysis of competitors, which will help to understand the market and find product strengths.
  2. Understanding characteristics and needs of the target audience, including their interests, demographics, psychographic characteristics and online behavior.
  3. Determining the optimal communication channels to reach the target audience, such as social media, search advertising, contextual advertising, etc.
  4. li>
  5. Development and implementation of effective advertising strategies, which are aimed at attracting the attention of the target audience and stimulating them to take certain actions.
  6. Adjusting the parameters of advertising campaigns taking into account the characteristics of the target audience to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost optimization.
  7. li>Content formation: creation of creatives and texts for advertising campaigns: this process combines creativity and knowledge of audience needs.
  8. Planning and adjusting budgets for advertising campaigns: helps to avoid unnecessary costs and ensure the maximum return from the advertising campaign.
  9. Launching test advertising and creating reports on it.
  10. Using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, identify trends and opportunities to improve strategies. 
  11. Continuous optimization of advertising efforts based on analysis of results, identification of the most successful strategies and making appropriate adjustments to achieve better results.
  12. Continuous study and implementation of new technologies, tools and approaches in the field of targeting for ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness of advertising strategies.

Requirements:

  • Availability of work experience in the targeting
  • Existing knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and other advertising platforms
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Ability to formulate insights based on data
  • < li> It is desirable to have communication skillsskills
  • Desirable experience working with clients
  • Clear coordinated interaction with management and team
  • Participation in strategic decision-making
  • Higher education in in marketing, advertising or related fields, relevant courses.

  • Advertising platforms:

knowledge and experience of working with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.

  • Analytics:

Ability to analyze data from advertising campaigns using analytics tools , such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, as well as Excel or others 

  • Technical expertise: 

Knowledge of fundamentals of digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, conversion marketing, retargeting, etc.

  • Copywriting and Creative:

Understanding the fundamentals of copywriting and design to create effective ads and creative

  • Programming (optional):

A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other programming languages ​​is preferred and would be helpful in making changes to the website to support advertising campaigns.
