Targetologist in 1001-LEAD

We are looking for a Facebook/Instagram target expert with experience in attracting traffic to client projects.

Hello! My name is Serhiy Dancev, I am the co-founder of 1001-lead advertising agency. We attract clients for different niches in different countries.

We are practitioners. Worked with various niches, in particular: clothing, beauty, courses, construction and repair, various types of production, foreign languages ​​and others.

Right now we need a proactive and targeted Facebook/Instagram targetologist who will be responsible for the price, quantity and quality of leads for our clients.

What will be done:

• Search for an audience using the Facebook advertising cabinet based on the described portraits from our clients.
• Create and test creatives yourself or with the help of contractors
• Set up advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
• Compile advertising statistics for our clients.
• Test new approaches and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve the desired KPIs in terms of cost and number of leads.

What result do I expect from the candidate after 3 months of work:

• Get full autonomy in the work of setting up ads.
• Take on 4-7 projects. Budget per project from $1,000 to $10,000/month depending on results .

• Has practical experience in setting up Facebook/Instagram ads with budgets from $1000 per month.
• There are cases of setting up ads in various niches.
• Fast, flexible. Can launch campaigns in 1 day with ready-made materials and TK.
• Able to scale quickly with working relationships and keep the price of the lead.
• You have personal experience in creating creatives and determination .
• Knows how to achieve the required result by himself and does not require constant control in the execution of process tasks. Not a "superhuman", but someone who can assess his strengths.
• Easy in communication, positive attitude .
• Comes with a solution, not a problem.
• Has an analytical mindset and experience working with analytics. Able to draw up reports, draw conclusions, make forecasts.
• A team player who thinks in terms of the overall result and adequately perceives feedback.
